The Brief: Imagery Built for Press, Digital Billboards and Social
Electric Barge London is a fully electric, skippered venue moored on the Grand Union Canal at Paddington Central.
As part of a comprehensive rebrand led by Norwich-based Outthought Agency, the project required commercial photography in London that would work across press releases, websites, marketing campaigns and the large-format digital billboards overlooking Paddington itself.
The images needed to feel authentic, highlight the sustainable operation, and capture the genuine experience of cruising the Regent’s Canal.

On Location: Commercial Photography at Paddington and Along the Regent’s Canal
The shoot covered two sessions on the barge. One focused on the vessel itself and its surroundings at the Paddington mooring, and a second capturing the full Camden Return Cruise in operation.
We delivered PR and press images built for editorial placement, lifestyle sequences showing the real guest experience, architectural and detail shots for web and print use, and wide-format images designed for billboard cropping and overlay use.
Every image was delivered as structured, ready-to-use files organised by usage type so Outthought could place them immediately without further work on their end.

The images Blanc Creative produced appear on the Electric Barge website, across their social media campaigns, in press releases distributed to London media, and on the large-format digital billboard sites overlooking Paddington Central.
