Liam Gallagher – Definitely Maybe Opening Night Photography 2024

Sheffield was awash with swagger. Stone Island, CVP Company, Pretty Green and Bucket Hats.

It was an important concert. Definitely Maybe was 30 years old. The definitive Oasis Album was back and the only thing missing was Noel Gallagher.

I’ve never understood why they didn’t put their differences to bed and get back together for the millions of fans out there. It’s what every Oasis fan wanted.

The stage was an impressive recreation of the “Definitely Maybe” album cover, complete with a giant floating globe, flamingos, and a portrait of Burt Bacharach.

It was a visual spectacle that perfectly set the tone for the evening.

Yes, just the one song, no flash and not the usual three. But I didn’t care. I was there, up close and watching a piece of history unfold through the viewfinder.

I’d waited a long while, years in fact…  for the chance to get my hands on some  Liam Gallagher photography and doing so on the first night of the tour made it incredibly special.
